摘要:
目的：探究火针、刺络拔罐联合王不留行籽耳穴贴压对面部痤疮患者的疗效及面部美学效果的影响。方法：选取 2016 年6月-2018年1月在广州中医药大学第一附属医院皮肤科就诊的674例面部痤疮患者，按随机数字表法分为对照组和观 察组，各337例。对照组进行外涂克林霉素甲硝唑搽剂联合口服维胺酯胶囊治疗，观察组在对照组基础上进行火针、刺络拔 罐联合王不留行籽耳穴贴压治疗。两组患者均治疗1个月。治疗后比较两组临床症状、痤疮面积、痤疮综合分级系统评分 表（Global acne grading system，GAGS）评分分数、临床痤疮瘢痕评估量表（échelle d’évaluation clinique des cicatrices d’acné，ECCA）权重评分分数、面部痤疮特异性生活质量量表（Acne-specific quality of life，QolAcne）评分分数。结果：观察组总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗前两组粉刺、丘疹、脓疱、结节囊肿个数、痤疮面 积、GAGS评分分数、焦虑自评量表（Self-rating anxiety scale，SAS）评分、抑郁自评量表（Self-rating depression scale， SDS ）评分、Qol-Acne评分分数差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。治疗后两组粉刺、丘疹、脓疱、结节囊肿个数、痤疮面积、 GAGS 评分、SAS评分、SDS评分分数均低于治疗前（P＜0.05），且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后观察组ECCA评分分数低 于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组Qol-Acne评分表自我感知、社会功能、情感功能分数均高于治疗前（P＜0.05），且观察 组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），观察组复发率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论：火针、刺络拔罐联合王不留行籽耳穴贴压可促进面部痤疮患者面部皮损修复，提升患者面部美学效果。
Abstract:
Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the effi cacy and facial cosmetic results of fi re needle and pricking and cupping combined with auricular plaster therapy with cowherb seed in patients with facial acne. Methods A total of 674 patients with facial acne who were treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine of Dermatology Department from June 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the study subjects, and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 337 cases in each group. The control group was treated with externally applied clindamycin metronidazole application combined with oral viaminate capsules, while observation group was treated with fi re needle and pricking and cupping combined with auricular plaster therapy with cowherb seed on the basis of the control group. All patients underwent 1 month of treatment. Clinical symptom scores, acne area, Global Acne Grading System (GAGS) scores, Echelle d’Evaluation Clinique des Cicatrices d’acne (ECCA) scores and Acne Quality of Life ( Qol-Acne) scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The total response rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, the numbers of acnes, papules, pustules and nodular cysts, acne area, GAGS scores, SAS scores and SDS scores of the two groups decreased (P＜0.05), and the observation group had lower scores than the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, ECCA score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, the scores for self-perception, social function and emotional function in Qol-Acne of the two groups increased (P＜0.05), and the observation group had higher scores than the control group (P＜0.05). There was no statistically signifi cant diff erence in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P ＞0.05), but the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Fire needle and pricking and cupping combined with auricular plaster therapy with cowherb seed are conducive to the repair of facial skin lesions and improving facial aesthetic eff ect in patients with facial acne.
