目的:探讨CC光联合复合酸对痤疮后色素沉着患者皮肤特征及美观满意度的影响,以期为痤疮后色素沉着临床治疗 方案的制定提供参考。方法:选取2021年3月-2023年3月青岛市中心医院皮肤科收治的痤疮后色素沉着患者120例作为研究 对象,随机数字表法将其分为对照1组、对照2组和试验组,各40例。对照1组给予复合酸进行治疗,对照2组给予CC光进行 治疗,试验组给予CC光联合复合酸进行治疗,三组疗程均为16周。比较三组治疗16周后的疗效,治疗前后色素沉着改善效 果、皮肤生理指标、皮肤特征,治疗期间的不良反应及治疗16周后的美观满意度。结果:试验组治疗16周后的总有效率为 95.00% ,高于对照1组、对照2组的77.50%、75.00%(P<0.05)。三组治疗16周后的皮肤颜色、皮肤完整度、皮肤感觉评分 及角质层含水量与治疗前比较升高,且试验组较对照1组、对照2组更高(P<0.05);经表皮失水及面部油脂溢程度、紫 质、红色区、斑点、纹理评分与治疗前比较降低,且试验组较对照1组、对照2组更低(P<0.05)。试验组治疗期间的总不 良反应发生为12.50%,与对照1组(22.50%)、对照2组(20.00%)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组治疗16 周后的总美观满意率为95.00%,高于对照1组和对照2组的75.00%、77.50%(P<0.05)。结论:CC光联合复合酸治疗痤疮后 色素沉着可有效改善患者色素沉着、皮肤生理指标及皮肤特征,进而可提高患者疗效及美观满意度,且具有良好的安全性。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the eff ect of CC light combined with complex acid on the skin characteristics and aesthetic satisfaction of patients with post-acne hyperpigmentation, with a view to providing a reference for the development of clinical treatment protocols for post-acne hyperpigmentation. Methods A total of 120 patients with post-acne hyperpigmentation admitted to the Department of Dermatology of Qingdao Central Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as study subjects. They were randomly divided into three groups: control group 1, control group 2, and the experimental group, with 40 patients in each group. The grouping was done using the randomized numerical table method. Control group 1 was treated with compound acid, control group 2 was treated with CC light, and the experimental group was treated with CC light combined with compound acid. The treatment course for all three groups was 16 weeks. The efficacy after 16 weeks of treatment, the improvement effect of pigmentation, skin physiological indexes, skin characteristics before and after 16 weeks of treatment, adverse reactions during the treatment period, and aesthetic satisfaction after 16 weeks of treatment were compared among the three groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group after 16 weeks of treatment was 95.00%, which was higher than the 77.50% in control group 1 and 75.00% in control group 2 (P <0.05). Skin color, skin integrity, skin sensation score, and water content of the stratum corneum in the three groups after 16 weeks of treatment were elevated compared with the pre-treatment period, with the experimental group showing higher values than control group 1 and control group 2 (P<0.05). The trans-epidermal water loss rate and the degree of facial oil spillage, purplish texture, red areas, spots, and texture scores were reduced compared with the pre-treatment period, with the experimental group showing lower values than control group 1 and control group 2 (P<0.05). The occurrence of total adverse reactions during treatment in the experimental group was 12.50%, which was not statistically signifi cant (P >0.05) when compared with control group 1 (22.50%) and control group 2 (20.00%). The total aesthetic satisfaction rate of the experimental group after 16 weeks of treatment was 95.00%, which was higher than the 75.00% and 77.50% in control group 1 and control group 2 (P<0.05). Conclusion CC light combined with complex acid for the treatment of post-acne hyperpigmentation was effective in improving patients’ hyperpigmentation, skin physiological indexes, and skin features. This combination treatment improved effi cacy and aesthetic satisfaction, and had a good safety profi le.
