目的：分析烧伤性疼痛的危险因素，并探究其对患者功能康复的影响。方法：选取笔者医院2021年6月-2022年6月收 治的68例烧伤患者，通过简明疼痛量表（Brief pain inventory，BPI）评估患者的疼痛强度和对生活质量的影响程度， SF-36 健康调查量表评估患者的功能康复效果，并采用Logistic回归分析烧伤性疼痛的危险因素，Spearman相关性分析分析 疼痛和功能康复之间的相关性。结果：在纳入的68例烧伤患者中，疼痛的发生率为55.88%（38例患者出现疼痛），单因素分 析及多因素Logistic回归分析均表明平均烧伤面积和住院时间与烧伤患者疼痛的发生有关（P＜0.05），随访3个月后未出现 疼痛的烧伤患者的SF-36评分显著高于烧伤疼痛患者（P＜0.05），Spearman相关性分析表明疼痛和功能康复之间呈显著负相 关（P＜0.05）。结论：烧伤面积、住院时间是烧伤患者发生疼痛的独立危险因素。疼痛和功能康复之间呈负相关，未出现 疼痛的烧伤患者在功能康复方面表现更好。
Abstract:
Objective In order to construct a risk model of pain occurrence and explore the eff ect of the model on functional rehabilitation nursing of burn patients. Methods Sixty-eight burn patients admitted to the author’s hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected. The pain intensity and the infl uence on the quality of life of the patients were evaluated by the brief pain inventory (BPI), and the functional rehabilitation eff ect of the patients was evaluated by the SF-36 health survey scale, and the risk factors of burn pain were analyzed by Logistic regression. Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between pain and functional recovery. Results Among the 68 burn patients included, the incidence of pain was 55.88% (38 patients had pain). Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that average burn area and length of hospital stay were related to the occurrence of pain in burn patients (P ＜0.05). The SF-36 scores of burn patients without pain after 3 months of follow-up were signifi cantly higher than those of burn pain patients (P ＜0.05), and Spearman correlation analysis showed a signifi cant negative correlation between pain and functional recovery (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Burn area and length of hospital stay are independent risk factors for pain in burn patients. There is a negative correlation between pain and functional rehabilitation, and burn patients without pain perform better in functional rehabilitation.
