[摘要]目的:评价贻贝粘蛋白喷剂对面部敏感性皮肤瘙痒症状的缓解作用。方法:将60例面部敏感性皮肤患者随机分为对
照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组和观察组分别外用0.9%生理盐水和贻贝粘蛋白喷剂,治疗后24h进行瘙痒视觉模拟量表
(VAS)评分,比较两组瘙痒程度、止痒有效率及止痒起效时间、止痒持续时间。治疗结束后评估患者对贻贝粘蛋白喷剂的耐
受性。结果:观察组患者治疗后24h的瘙痒VAS评分降低至(3.22±0.13),与治疗前比较有统计学差异(P <0.05)。对照组
患者治疗后24h的瘙痒VAS评分降低至(8.36±0.28),与治疗前比较无统计学差异(P >0.05)。观察组治疗后24h的瘙痒VAS
评分(3.22±0.13)与对照组(8.36±0.28)比较有统计学差异(P <0.05)。观察组瘙痒的止痒有效率为(73.3%),对照组的
止痒有效率为(36.7%)。观察组止痒有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者止痒起效时间为
(5.17±0.81)min,对照组患者止痒起效时间为(6.25±0.56)min,两组比较无统计学意义(P >0.05)。观察组患者止痒
持续时间为(12.37±1.21)h,对照组患者止痒持续时间为(1.58±0.46)h,两组比较有统计学意义(P <0.05)。99%的患
者对贻贝粘蛋白喷剂耐受性良好。结论:贻贝粘蛋白喷剂可有效缓解面部敏感性皮肤的瘙痒症状,且止痒持续时间长,耐受
性良好。
Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the relieving effect of mussel adhesive protein spray on the pruritus symptoms of facial
sensitive skin. Methods Total 60 cases with facial sensitive skin were randomly divided into control group and observation
group, 30 cases in each group. The control group and the observation group were treated with 0.9% saline and mussel adhesive
protein spray respectively. The pruritus visual analog scales(VAS) before and 24h after treatment were assessed. The degree of
pruritus, the effective rate of antipruritus, the onset time and the duration of antipruritic effect were compared between groups.
The tolerance of patients to mussel adhesive protein spray was evaluated after treatment. Results The VAS score of pruritus
in the observation group decreased to (3.22±0.13) 24 hours after treatment, which was significantly different from that before
treatment (P <0.05). The VAS score in the control group was reduced to 8.36±0.28 24h after treatment (P >0.05). The effective
rate of antipruritic was 73.3% in the observation group and 36.7% in the control group. The effective rate of antipruritic in
the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The antipruritic onset time of the
patients in the observation group was (5.17±0.81) min, and that of the patients in the control group was (6.25±0.56) min, with
no significant difference between the two groups (P >0.05). The duration of antipruritic treatment in the observation group
was (12.37±1.21) h, while that in the control group was (1.58±0.46) h. There was statistical significance between the two
groups (P <0.05). The tolerance was judged to be very good for the large majority of the patients. Conclusion Mussel adhesive
protein spray can effectively relieve pruritus symptoms of facial sensitive skin, and has a long antipruritic duration and good tolerance.
