摘要:
目的：分析复方杏仁面膜联合低能量Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗黄褐斑对患者黑色素沉积的影响。方法：选择2017年7月-2019年1月于笔者医院皮肤科收治的102例黄褐斑患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组51例。对照组采用低能量Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗，2次/周；观察组在对照组的基础上加用复方杏仁面膜治疗，2次/周。两组均连续治疗3个月，然后随访3个月。比较两组治疗总有效率、治疗前后黄褐斑皮损面积和严重程度指数（mMASI）、黑色素指数（MX）、皮肤病生活质量指数（DLQI）评分，治疗过程中不良反应发生率，治疗后3个月复发率。结果：观察组总有效率（83.25%）高于对照组（58.82%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组mMASI、MX、DLQI评分较治疗前均降低，观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗结束后随访3个月，观察组的复发率（3.92%）低于对照组（17.65%，P＜0.05）。结论：复方杏仁面膜联合低能量Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗黄褐斑能显著改善患者皮损、黑色素沉积和生活质量，疗效更好且复发率更低。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the effect of compound almond mask combined with low energy Q switch Nd:YAG laser on melanin deposition in patients with chloasma. Methods From July 2017 to January 2019, 102 cases of melasma patients were treated in the dermatology department of the author’s hospital, which were randomly divided into control groups and observation groups, with 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with a low-energy Q-switch Nd:YAG laser for 2 times/week, and the observation group was treated with a compound almond mask on the basis of the control group for 2 times/week. Both groups were treated continuously for 3 months and followed up for 3 months. The total effective rate of treatment, the area and severity index (mMASI), melanin index (MX), and dermatological quality of life index (DLQI) scores of the two groups were compared, the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment, and the recurrence rate at 3 months after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group (83.25%) was higher than that of the control group (58.82%), and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05). After treatment, the mMASI, MX, and DLQI scores of both groups were lower than before treatment, and the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05). After 3 months of follow-up after treatment, the recurrence rate of the observation group (3.92%) was lower than that of the control group (17.65%, P＜0.05). Conclusion Compound almond mask combined with low-energy q-switch Nd:YAG laser for chloasma can significantly improve the skin lesions, melanin deposition and quality of life of patients with better efficacy and lower recurrence rate.
