摘要:
皮肤纤维化疾病包括增生性瘢痕、瘢痕疙瘩和系统性硬化症。该类疾病以肌成纤维细胞过度激活和胶原纤维异常沉 积为特征,可导致永久性瘢痕和器官功能损伤,是一大类严重影响患者身心健康并带来沉重社会经济负担的疾病,然而目 前无满意的治疗方法和预防策略。近年来,随着高通量测序和生物信息技术的发展,逐年增多的证据表明长链非编码RNA (Long noncoding RNAs,lncRNAs)作为一类重要的表观遗传调控分子,可通过多种方式影响成纤维细胞增殖、凋亡、迁 移、侵袭及胶原蛋白的异常沉积,进而参与皮肤纤维化疾病的发病过程。本文将论述lncRNAs在皮肤纤维化疾病发病机制 中的研究进展。
Abstract:
Cutaneous fi brotic diseases include hypertrophic scars, keloids and systemic sclerosis. This disease is characterized by excessive activation of myofi broblasts and abnormal deposition of collagen fibers. It is a major category of diseases that seriously affect the physical and mental health of patients and bring heavy social and economic burden. However,there are no satisfactory treatment methods and prevention strategies. In recent years, with the development of high-throughput sequencing and bioinformation technology, there is increasing evidence that long noncoding RNAs ( lncRNAs), as an important epigenetic regulatory molecule, can aff ect fi broblast proliferation,apoptosis,migration, invasion and abnormal deposition of collagen in various ways and then participate in the pathogenesis of skin fi brosis. This article will review the research progress of lncRNAs in the pathogenesis of skin fi brosis.
