摘要:
随着互联网购物、电商直播等新型美容消费模式的兴起，化学剥脱术及相关产品，尤其是高浓度果酸类产品，因其功 效强、见效快成为了消费者热衷的美容消费热点。然而，由于对此类产品作用机制和临床使用方法理解不深，消费者使用 不当导致“烂脸”的案例在新闻报道中屡见不鲜，同时在医患纠纷中对此类产品管理属性的明确仍不清晰。本文系统梳理果 酸类产品的临床应用、作用机制、使用风险以及国内外监管政策要求，并结合国内实际探讨高浓度果酸类产品的合理监管路 径，为进一步规范美容类产品的监管提供有关思路。
Abstract:
With the rise of new beauty consumption modes, such as online shopping and e-commerce livestreaming, chemical peeling and relevant products,especially for alpha hydroxy acids (AHA) in high concentration,is becoming a hot spot for consumers.This kind of beauty products directly produces a rapid and strong physiological activity. However, the lack of understanding for their mode of action and correct operation leads to many adverse eff ects. This paper aims to systematically analyzing proper regulatory pathways for AHA in high concentration, on the basis of its clinical application,mode of action,potential risk,regulatory requirements at home and abroad.
