摘要:
黄褐斑为好发于面部两颊以及前额的获得性色素沉着性皮肤病，多发于育龄期女性。针对气滞血瘀型黄褐斑，中医外 治疗法更具优势。本文对当前关于黄褐斑中西医发病机制、中医外治疗法手段如针刺法、刺络放血法、穴位埋线法、刮痧法 进行系统阐述及展望，旨在为临床实践提供参考。
Abstract:
Chloasma is a skin disease of acquired pigmentation that occurs on the cheeks and forehead,mostly in women of childbearing age. For chloasma due to Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, the external treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine is more advantageous. In this article, we reviewed the pathogenesis of both Chinese and Western Medicine,and the TCM external treatment methods, such as, acupuncture,bloodletting, point catgut-embedding therapy,scraping, etc. And we also made a conclusion and outlook for TCM external treatment methods of chloasma with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome. Aims to provide reference for future clinical practice.
