摘要:
目的:研究点阵CO2激光联合吡美莫司乳膏外用治疗白癜风的临床效果。方法:选取2019年10月-2021年10月笔者医院 门诊收治的90例白癜风患者作为研究对象,随机均分为观察组(点阵CO2激光联合吡美莫司乳膏外用治疗)和对照组(吡美 莫司乳膏外用治疗),各45例。比较两组治疗6个月后疗效、病情改善情况[复色时间、白癜风面积评分指数(Vitiligo area scoring index,VASI)],治疗前及治疗6个月后疾病相关因子(CD4+ 、CD8+ ),及两组用药期间不良反应发生情 况。结果:治疗6个月后,观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复色时间、VASI水平均明显低于对照 组(P<0.05);治疗6个月后,观察组CD4+ 水平均明显高于治疗前及同期对照组,CD8+ 水平均明显低于治疗前及同期对照 组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:点阵CO2激光联合吡美莫司乳膏外用治疗白癜 风疗效显著,能够促进白癜风皮损恢复,改善机体免疫功能。
Abstract:
Objective To study the clinical eff ects of fractional CO 2 laser combined with external application of pimecrolimus ointment in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods 90 patients with vitiligo who were treated in outpatient department of the hospital between October 2019 and October 2021 were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into the observation group (fractional CO 2 laser combined with external application of pimecrolimus ointment) and the control group (external application of pimecrolimus ointment), with 45 cases in each group. The effi cacy and disease improvement [ repigmentation time, vitiligo area score index (VASI)] after 6 months of treatment, disease-related factors (CD4 + , CD8+ ) before treatment and after 6 months of treatment and occurrence of adverse reactions during medication were compared between the two groups. Results After 6 months of treatment, the eff ective rate of treatment in the observation group was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The repigmentation time and VASI in the observation group were signifi cantly shorter or lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After 6 months of treatment, the level of CD4+ in the observation group was signifi cantly higher than that before treatment and in the control group while the level of CD8+ was signifi cantly lower than that before treatment and in the control group (P<0.05). There were no signifi cant diff erences in the incidence rates of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Fractional CO 2 laser combined with external application of pimecrolimus ointment has a signifi cant effi cacy in the treatment of vitiligo, and it can promote the recovery of vitiligo and improve the body’s immune function.
