摘要:
近年来,已经开发出不同的自体血小板浓缩物,例如富血小板血浆(Platelet-rich plasma,PRP))和富血小板纤维蛋 白(Platelet-rich fibrin,PRF)。注射型富血小板纤维蛋白(Injectable platelet-rich fibrin,i-PRF)作为PRF衍生物中唯 一以液体形式获得的产物,不仅保留了PRF在创面治疗中的独特优势(如:持续释放生长因子,促进新生血管生成,细胞迁 移、增殖和分化),低速离心后更是显著增加了白细胞和血小板数量以及生长因子浓度。同时还可以达到最大化注射,并能 够与其他生物材料联用,因此在创面修复领域受到广泛关注。本文就i-PRF在创面修复治疗中的应用现状进行综述。
Abstract:
In recent years, different autologous platelet concentration techniques have been developed, such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and platelet-rich fi brin (PRF).As the only liquid product of PRF derivatives, injectable platelet-rich fi brin (i-PRF) not only retains the unique advantages of PRF in wound treatment (such as continuous release of growth factors, promoting neovascularization, cell migration, proliferation and diff erentiation), but also signifi cantly increases the number of white blood cells and platelets and the concentration of growth factors after low-speed centrifugation.At the same time, it can achieve maximum injection and can be used in conjunction with other biomaterials, so it has attracted wide attention in the fi eld of wound repair.This article reviews the application of i-PRF in wound repair.
