摘要:
目的：探究复方黄柏液涂剂外敷联合火针治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法：选取2021年12月-2022年12月在笔者医院接 受治疗的120例寻常痤疮患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（60例）和观察组（60例）。对照组给予火针治疗，观察组给予 复方黄柏液涂剂外敷联合火针治疗。比较两组临床症状改善情况、炎症水平[白细胞介素-17（Interleukin-17,IL-17）、白 细胞介素-4（Interleukin-4,IL-4）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（Tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α）]、美观满意度、生活质量[皮 肤病生活质量指数（Dermatology life quality index,DLQI）]及不良反应发生情况。结果：与治疗前比较，两组治疗后 颜色、皮损质地、部位、大小、囊肿、结节个数及粉刺、丘疹个数等评分、血清IL-17、IL-4、TNF-α水平、DLQI评分、视 觉模拟评分（Visual analogue scale,VAS）均明显降低（P＜0.05），且观察组较对照组低（P＜0.05）。观察组总有效率 （96.67%）明显高于对照组（83.33%）（P＜0.05）。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：复方黄 柏液涂剂外敷联合火针治疗寻常痤疮可有效改善患者临床症状，减轻炎症反应，提高患者治疗后美观满意度，安全有效。
Abstract:
Objective Investigating the aesthetic eff ect and clinical effi cacy of the combination of compound cortex phellodendri fl uid and fi re acupuncture in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods 120 patients with common acne in author’s hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into a control group (60 cases) and an observation group (60 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group was given fire acupuncture treatment and the observation group was given compound cortex phellodendri fluid combined with fire acupuncture treatment. The clinical symptoms improvement, clinical efficacy, inflammation level [interleukin-17 (IL-17), interleukin-4 (IL-4), tumour necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)], cosmetic satisfaction, quality of life [dermatology life quality index (DLQI)] and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the 2 groups. Results Compared with the pre-treatment period, the colour, lesion texture, location, size, number of cysts, nodules and number of pimples and papules, serum IL-17, IL-4, TNF-α levels, DLQI scores and visual analogue scale (VAS) score swere signifi cantly lower in the 2 groups after treatment (P ＜0.05), and were signifi cantly lower in the observation group compared with the control group (P ＜0.05). The overall eff ective rate (96.67%) in the observation group was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group (83.33%) (P ＜0.05). There was no signifi cant diff erence in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P ＞0.05). Conclusion The treatment of acne vulgaris with the combination of compound cortex phellodendri fl uid and fi re acupuncture can eff ectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, reduce the infl ammatory reaction, improve the quality of life and beauty satisfaction, it?s safe and eff ective.
