[摘要]目的：研究595nm染料激光联合曲安奈德及5-氟尿嘧啶治疗增生性瘢痕的疗效。方法：选择2020年8月-2020年12月笔 者科室收治的80例增生性瘢痕患者作为研究对象，采用随机数表法均分为研究组（595nm染料激光联合曲安奈德及5-氟尿嘧 啶治疗）和对照组（曲安奈德及5-氟尿嘧啶治疗）。比较两组治疗效果，比较两组治疗前及治疗8周后瘢痕情况[温哥华瘢痕 量表（VSS）]、疼痛及瘙痒程度[视觉模拟评分（VAS）]，比较两组不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗8周后，两组有效率比较 差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗8周后，研究组VSS、疼痛及瘙痒VAS评分水平明显低于治疗前及同期对照组，差异有 统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：595nm染料激光联合曲安奈德 及5-氟尿嘧啶治疗增生性瘢痕具有显著疗效，能够有效改善瘢痕情况，降低疼痛及瘙痒程度。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To study the eff ects of 595nm pulsed dye laser combined with triamcinolone acetonide and fl uorouracil in the treatment of hypertrophic scars. Methods Eighty patients with hypertrophic scars admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to December 2020 were enrolled as the research subjects, and they were divided into study group (595nm pulsed dye laser combined with triamcinolone acetonide and fl uorouracil) and control group (triamcinolone acetonide and fl uorouracil) according to the random number table method. The treatment eff ects of the two groups were compared. The scars [Vancouver scar scale (VSS)] and degree of pain and itching [Visual analogue scale (VAS)] were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 8 weeks of treatment, and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Afte8 weeks of treatment, there was no statistically signifi cant diff erence in the eff ective rate between the two groups (P＞0.05). After 8 weeks of treatment, the scores of VSS and VAS scores of pain and itching in study group were signifi cantly lower than those before treatment and those in control group during the same period (P＜0.05). There were no signifi cant diff erences in the incidence rates of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05). Conclusion 595nm pulsed dye laser combined with triamcinolone acetonide and fl uorouracil has a signifi cant effi cacy in the treatment of hypertrophic scars, and it can eff ectively improve scars and reduce the degree of pain and itching.
