[摘要]目的：观察复方肝素钠尿囊素凝胶联合曲安奈德治疗瘢痕疙瘩疗效，为瘢痕疙瘩患者的美容修复提供临床指导。方
法：选取2016年10月-2018年10月收治的98例瘢痕疙瘩患者进行研究。按照随机数字表法，随机分为研究组和对照组，每组
各49例。其中对照组应用曲安奈德进行治疗，研究组使用复方肝素钠尿囊素凝胶联合曲安奈德进行治疗。观察并比较两组患
者临床治疗效果、愈合情况、瘢痕疙瘩变化情况、VSS评分情况，以及并发症发生情况。结果：治疗6个月后，研究组总有效
率（85.71%）高于对照组（61.22%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗12个月后，研究组总有效率（100%）高于对照
组（85.71%），差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。研究组愈合时间显著低于对照组，愈合率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学
意义（P ＜0.05）。治疗后，两组患者瘢痕疙瘩长度、宽度和厚度均较治疗前明显改善，且研究组改善更为显著，差异有统
计学意义（P ＜0.05）。两组VSS评分较治疗前改善明显，且研究组改善更为明显，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。两组均
有色素沉着、局部复发等并发症产生，但研究组并发症发生率（6.12%）明显低于对照组（24.49%），差异有统计学意义
（P ＜0.05）。结论：复方肝素钠尿囊素凝胶联合曲安奈德对瘢痕疙瘩患者的美容修复效果显著，并发症发生率和预后复发
率均较低，能有效提高患者康复质量，可在临床上推广应用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To observe the efficacy of compound heparin sodium allantoin gel combined with triamcinolone acetonide
in the treatment of keloid. Methods 98 patients with keloids admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were
enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into research group and control group according to the random number table
method, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide, and the research group was
treated with compound heparin sodium allantoic gel combined with triamcinolone acetonide. The clinical treatment effect,
healing status and complications of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After 6 months of treatment, the total
effective rate of the study group (85.71%) was higher than that of the control group (61.22%, P ＜0.05). After 12 months of
treatment, the total effective rate of the study group(100%)was higher than that of the control group(85.71%, P＜0.05). The healing
time of the research group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the healing rate was significantly higher
than that of the control group. The healing time and healing rate of the two groups were significantly different (P＜0.05). After
treatment, the length, width and thickness of keloids in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before
treatment, and the research group was more significant than the control group (P＜0.05). The VSS scores of the two groups were
significantly improved compared with those before treatment, and the research group was more obvious than the control group.
The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Complications such as hyperpigmentation and local
recurrence occurred in both groups, but the incidence of complications in the research group (6.12%) were significantly lower than
that in the control group (24.49%, P＜0.05). Conclusion Compound heparin sodium allantoic gel combined with triamcinolone
acetonide has significant cosmetic repair effect on keloid patients, and the incidence of complications and recurrence rate are low,
which can effectively improve the quality of rehabilitation and can be applied in clinic.
