[摘要]目的：探讨结构化皮肤护理对烧伤瘢痕修复患者负面情绪与美学效果的影响。方法：选取2017年3月-2020年3月笔者 医院收治的烧伤瘢痕修复患者116例，采用随机数字表法将116例患者分为观察组（58例）、对照组（58例），两组接受瘢 痕松解+植皮修复术，对照组治疗过程中实施常规皮肤护理措施，观察组在对照组基础上采用结构化皮肤护理干预。比较两 组术后两周皮下瘀血率、植皮成活率和半年后温哥华瘢痕量表（Vancouver scar scale，VSS）评分，使用视觉模拟评分量 表(Visual analogue scale，VAS）评估疼痛，焦虑自评量表（Self-rating anxiety scale，SAS）、抑郁自评量表 （Self-rating depression scale，SDS）评估负面情绪，比较治疗过程出现的并发症，随访半年评估美学效果。结果： 干预后，两组VAS、SDS、SAS评分与干预前比较显著下降，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察 组术后两周皮下瘀血率、术后半年VSS评分显著少于对照组，术后两周植皮成活率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义 （P＜0.05）。观察组美学效果满意度、并发症发生率均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：结构化皮肤 护理能有效提高烧伤瘢痕修复患者植皮成活率，缓解疼痛程度，调节负面情绪，美学效果良好。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the eff ects of structured skin care on the negative emotion and aesthetic eff ect of burn scar repair patients. Methods 116 patients with severe burn wounds in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2020 were enrolled, and divided into two groups by random number table methods, each with 58 cases. The two groups received scar relaxation + skin grafting. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received routine nursing combined with structured skin care. The subcutaneous congestion rate, skin graft survival rate at 2 weeks after operation and Vancouver scar scale (VSS) score at half a year after operation were compared between the two groups.Then the Visual analogue scale (VAS) score, Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score, Self-rating depression scale (SDS) score, complications, and aesthetic eff ects were compared between groups. Results After the intervention, the VAS, SDS, SAS scores of the two groups were signifi cantly decreased compared with those before the intervention, and the observation group were lower than the control group, the diff erences were statistically signifi cant (P＜0.05). The subcutaneous blood stasis rate two weeks after operation and VSS score half a year after operation in the observation group were signifi cantly lower than those in the control group, and the survival rate of skin grafting two weeks after operation was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). The satisfaction of aesthetic eff ect and the incidence of complications in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Structured skin care can eff ectively improve the survival rate of skin grafting in the process of scar repair of severe burn wound patients, relieve the degree of pain, regulate negative emotions, and has good aesthetic eff ect.?/html>
