摘要:
目的:探讨牙列缺损患者种植体材料的选择以及对患者牙周健康状况、红白美学指数等修复效果的影响。方法:本研 究采用前瞻性研究,以笔者医院2019年3月-2020年12月2就诊的98例牙列缺损患者作为研究对象,按照随机分组原则,将患者 随机分为观察组和对照组,每组49例,观察组采取钛合金种植体修复,对照组采取纯钛种植体修复,比较两组患者的种植牙 成功率、红白美学指标、治疗后的美观度以及舒适情况、牙周健康、炎性反应及并发症之间的差异。结果:观察组患者的种 植成功率(91.84%)显著高于对照组(75.51%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的红色美学指数(Pink aesthetic index,PES)、白色美学指数(White aesthetic index,WES)、美观度、舒适度、固定力、语言功能、咀嚼 效率评分均高于对照组,菌斑指数(plaque index,PLI)、龈沟出血指数(Sulcus bleeding index,SBI)、牙龈乳头指 数(Papilla index score,PIS)、牙周袋探诊深度(Probing depth,PD)均显著低于对照组;IL-4、IL-10、INF-γ及 TNF-α 水平显著低于对照组,两组患者的周围组织炎症反应、牙龈感染、口腔不适比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论:牙列缺损患者采用钛合金种植体修复治疗,患者的牙周各项指标以及红白美学指数显著改善,建议临床推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective To study the selection of the best implant material for implant repair in patients with dentition defect and the diff erences of periodontal health and red and white aesthetic index. Methods In this study,98 patients with dentition defect diagnosed and treated in the author’s hospital from March 2019 to December 2020 were taken as the research object. According to the principle of random grouping, the above patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 49 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were repaired with titanium alloy implant and the patients in the control group were treated with pure titanium implant. The success rate of implant, red and white aesthetic indexes of the two groups were compared Differences in treatment aesthetics and comfort, periodontal health, inflammatory response and complications. Results The success rate of implantation in observation group (91.84%) was signifi cantly higher than that in control group (75.51%), the diff erence was statistically signifi cant (P <0.05). After treatment, the Pink aesthetic index (PES), White aesthetic index (WES), aesthetics, comfort, fi xation force, speech function, mastication effi ciency score, plaque index (plaque index, plaque index) of the observation group were higher than control group. PLI, Sulcus bleeding index (SBI), Papilla index score (PIS) and Probing depth (PD) were signifi cantly lower than those of control group. The levels of IL-4, IL-10, INF-γ and TNF-α were signifi cantly lower than those of control group, and there was no statistical signifi cance in the infl ammatory response of surrounding tissues, gingival infection and oral discomfort between two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion Titanium alloy implant is used for implant repair of patients with dentition defect. The periodontal indexes and red and white aesthetic index of patients are signifi cantly improved, and the safety is high. It is recommended to be popularized in clinic.
