[摘要]目的：探讨综合护理干预在负压封闭引流（Vacuum sealing drainage，VSD）治疗撕裂伤创面中的应用效果。方法：
选择2017年12月-2019年12月收治的50例撕裂伤患者作为研究对象，所有患者均通过VSD治疗，按照随机分组原则分成对照组
与实验组，每组各25例。对照组通过常规护理措施进行干预，实验组通过综合护理措施进行干预，对比两组伤口美观性、美
容总有效率、护理满意率以及并发症发生率等指标。结果：实验组首次术后至植皮时间、负压引流时间、住院时间及住院费
用等指标均少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。实验组护理满意率及并发症发生率分别为92.00%、8.00%，对照
组为68.00%、36.00%，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。实验组SAS评分、SDS评分均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意
义（P ＜0.05）。结论：VSD治疗撕裂伤创面能够获得较为理想的美容效果，联合综合护理措施进行干预，对提升伤口美观
程度、美容总有效率有着积极的作用，还能维持良好的护患关系，降低并发症发生率，有着极大的推广价值。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of lacerated
wound with vacuum sealing drainage (VSD). Methods Fifty patients with lacerations admitted from December 2017 to
December 2019 were selected as the research object. All patients were treated with VSD. They were divided into the control
group and the experimental group according to the principle of random grouping, with 25 cases in each group. The control
group intervened through routine nursing measures, and the experimental group intervened through comprehensive nursing
measures, comparing the two groups of wound aesthetics, total cosmetic efficiency, nursing satisfaction rate and complication
rate. Results The time from the first operation to skin grafting, the time of negative pressure drainage, the length of hospital
stay and the cost of hospitalization in the experimental group were less than those in the control group, the differences were
statistically significant(P ＜0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate and complication rate of the experimental group were 92.00%
and 8.00%, respectively, while those of the control group were 68.00% and 36.00%, the difference between the two groups were
statistically significant(P ＜0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of
the control group(P ＜0.05). Conclusion VSD treatment of laceration wound can obtain ideal cosmetic effect, combined with
comprehensive nursing intervention, has a positive effect on improving the aesthetic degree of the wound, the total effective rate
of beauty, can also maintain a good nurse patient relationship, reduce the incidence of complications, has great promotion value.
