摘要:
由于人民生活水平的提升和权利意识的觉醒，人们对医疗服务质量的要求越来越高，这在整形美容外科尤为明显。传统的家长式和知情同意式决策模式已不适合整形美容外科。医患共同决策（Shared decision making,SDM）是指在诊疗过程中医患双方经过充分沟通、讨论，并让患者参与医疗决策，最终共同决定的医疗模式。本文将介绍SDM的定义、历史发展、应用现状，以及SDM在整形美容领域的重要性及意义，并结合共同决策3-talk模型和SHARE模型探索SDM在整形美容外科的实施策略，为促进SDM在整形美容外科的发展提供新思路。
Abstract:
With the improvement of people’s living standards and awareness of rights, people have higher requirements for the quality of medical services, especially in plastic surgery. The traditional paternalistic and informed consent decisionmaking model is no longer suitable for plastic surgery. Shared decision making(SDM) refers to the model in which clinical decisions are made by both doctors and patients through discussing,it aims to involve patients into the procedure of making a clinical decision.This paper will introduce the definition, historical development and application status of SDM, as well as the importance and significance of SDM in the fi eld of plastic and aesthetic surgery, and combine the “ 3-talk” model and” SHARE “model to explore the implementation strategy of SDM in plastic and aesthetic surgery, so as to provide new ideas for promoting the development of SDM in plastic and aesthetic surgery
