摘要:
目的：探讨整形美容青年群体心理现状及其影响因素。方法：选取2016年11月-2021年3月在笔者医院接受整形美容 手术的96例就医者设为观察组，随机选取同期健康体检青年96例设为对照组。收集两组青年群体的一般资料，采用自卑感 量表（The feeling of inadequacy scale，FIS）、焦虑自评量表（Self-rating anxiety scale，SAS）和抑郁自评量表 （Self-rating depression scale，SDS）评估两组青年的自卑、焦虑和抑郁心理，比较两组青年产生心理问题的比例，分 析该群体心理问题的影响因素。结果：观察组年龄、性别、体质指数（Body mass index，BMI）、受教育程度及周围人群美 容体验比例与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组存在自卑、焦虑和抑郁心理的青年群体比例均显著高于 对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。Logistic回归性分析结果显示，BMI≥24 kg/m2 和初中及以下受教育程度是青年群 体产生自卑心理的影响因素（P＜0.05）；年龄26～32岁、BMI≥24 kg/m2 和初中及以下受教育程度是青年群体产生焦虑心理 的影响因素（P＜0.05）；性别为女性及周围人群有美容体验是青年群体产生抑郁心理的影响因素（P＜0.05）。结论：整形 美容青年群体容易产生自卑、焦虑和抑郁心理，该心理问题的出现与其性别、年龄、BMI、受教育程度和周围人群美容体验 等因素有关。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the psychological status and infl uencing factors of young people with plastic surgery. Methods A total of 96 youths undergoing cosmetology in the hospital were enrolled as the observation group between November 2016 and March 2021, while other 96 healthy youths undergoing physical examination during the same period were enrolled as the control group. The general data in both groups were collected. The inferiority, anxiety and depression of youths in both groups were evaluated by the feeling of inadequacy scale (FIS), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS). The proportions of youths with psychological health problems were compared between the two groups. The infl uencing factors of psychological health problems were analyzed. Results The diff erences in age, gender, body mass index (BMI), education level and the proportion of cases with cosmetic experience from surrounding populations were statistically signifi cant between the two groups (P＜0.05). The proportions of cases with inferiority, anxiety and depression in the observation group were signifi cantly higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that BMI≥24 kg/m2 and education level of junior high school and below were the infl uencing factors for the young people to have inferiority (P＜0.05). Age 26-32 years old, BMI≥24 kg/m2 and education level in junior middle school and below were the influencing factors of anxiety in young people (P＜0.05). The influencing factors of depression in young people with female and surrounding people’s beauty experience (P＜0.05). Conclusion The young people with plastic surgery are prone to inferiority, anxiety and depression. The occurrence of psychological health problems is related to their genders, age, BMI, education level and cosmetic experience from surrounding populations.
