摘要:
目的：观察侵入式点阵微针射频治疗黄褐斑的有效性。方法：2018年5月-2022年3月本研究给予124例黄褐斑患者侵入 式点阵微针射频单次治疗，分别在治疗前、治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月采用改良的黄褐斑面积及严重程度评分（Modified melasma area and severity index，mMASI）和医生整体评价法（Physician global assessment，PGA）及患者满意度评估 治疗效果，观察和记录患者治疗后的不良反应。结果：与治疗前比较，治疗后患者mMASI评分显著降低（P＜0.001），且治 疗后3个月与治疗后1个月相比，MASI评分持续降低（P＜0.05）。PGA评分显示治疗1个月后65.32%患者中等改善以及明显改 善，满意度评分显示68.55%的患者表示满意，16.13%的患者表示非常满意，治疗后红肿及发热不良反应快速消失。结论：对 于Fitzpatrick Ⅲ～Ⅴ型黄褐斑患者，侵入式点阵微针射频治疗临床效果好，安全性高。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effi cacy of invasive fractional microneedle radiofrequency in the treatment of melasma. Methods A total of 124 patients diagnosed with melasma were enrolled in the study and underwent a single session of invasive fractional microneedle radiofrequency therapy from May 2018 to March 2022. The modified Melasma Area and Severity Index ( mMASI), Physician Global Assessment (PGA), and Patient Satisfaction were utilized to evaluate therapeutic effi cacy at baseline, 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months post-treatment. Throughout the study, adverse reactions were concurrently observed and carefully documented. Results The mMASI scores exhibited a signifi cant decrease after treatment compared to the baseline (P ＜0.001). Furthermore, at 3 months post-treatment, there was a continued decline in scores compared to 1 month after treatment (P＜0.05). The PGA scores showed moderate and signifi cant improvement in 65.32% of patients after 1 month of treatment. The Patient Satisfaction score indicated that 68.55% of patients expressed satisfaction, while 16.13% reported being highly satisfi ed. No adverse eff ects were observed during the RF treatment.The patients all experienced transient pain, which was not persistent and did not discourage them from pursuing additional treatment. Conclusion The clinical outcomes and safety profi le of invasive fractional microneedle radiofrequency demonstrate favorable results for patients with melasma of Fitzpatrick skin types Ⅲ to V.
