摘要:
目的:观察冻干富血小板纤维蛋白(Lyophilized platelet-rich fibrin,LPRF)在造口周围溃疡中的治疗效果。方 法:选择2018年7月-2020年4月笔者医院收治的40例造口周围溃疡患者,按照随机数字表法分为LPRF组和对照组。对照组给 予常规换药治疗;LPRF组抽取新鲜外周血经离心、冷冻干燥等处理得到LPRF,辐照灭菌处理后,填充至造口周围溃疡创面, 无菌防水敷料贴覆盖。两组均外附造口袋,5~7 d后换药观察创面愈合情况。结果:治疗14 d后,LPRF组创面缩小面积大于 对照组(P<0.05);LPRF组创面愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:LPRF可以促进造口周围溃疡创面愈合,为临床解 决相关问题提供了新的治疗手段。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the therapeutic eff ect of lyophilized platelet-rich fi brin (LPRF) in enterostomy ulcer. Methods Forty patients with enterostomy ulcer admitted to author’s hospital from July 2018 to April 2020 were selected and divided into LPRF group and control group according to the random number table method. The control group was given routine dressing change. In group LPRF, fresh peripheral blood was collected, centrifuged, freeze-dried, and treated with irradiation and sterilization to obtain LPRF. After irradiation and sterilization, LPRF was fi lled into the ulcer wound around the stoma and covered with sterile and waterproof dressing. Both groups were attached with stoma bags, and the wound healing was observed after 5-7 days of dressing change. Results After 14 days of treatment, the wound reduction area in the LPRF group was larger than that in the control group (P <0.05). The wound healing time in LPRF group was shorter than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion LPRF can promote the healing of ulcer wounds around the stoma and provide a new therapeutic method for solving related problems in clinic.
