摘要:
近年来，整形美容手术已经获得越来越多人的青睐，而术后的肿胀、瘀斑是影响患者满意度的重要因素。最大限度地 减少术中出血，可以使手术视野更为清晰，这对需要精确操作的美容外科手术尤为重要。氨甲环酸是一种抗纤溶药物，可以 显著减少出血量，近几十年来在心脏外科、骨科和创伤外科得到广泛应用。还有证据表明，氨甲环酸还可以减轻术后水肿和 瘀斑。本文就氨甲环酸的作用机制及其在美容外科中的应用进展作一综述。
Abstract:
Plastic surgery has been favored by more and more people in recent years,and postoperative swelling and ecchymosis are important factors affecting patient satisfaction. Minimizing bleeding during the operation can make the surgical fi eld clearer,which is particularly important for plastic surgery that requires precise operation. Tranexamic acid is an antifi brinolytic drug, which can signifi cantly reduce bleeding.In recent decades,tranexamic acid has been widely used in cardiac surgery,orthopaedics and trauma surgery. There are evidences that tranexamic acid can also reduce postoperative edema and ecchymosis. This paper reviews the mechanism of tranexamic acid and its application in cosmetic surgery.
