摘要:
目的：观察薏苡附子败酱散合三仁汤加减治疗中重度痤疮(湿热瘀结证)的疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法：选取 2019 年12月-2020年12月笔者医院皮肤科收治的64例中重度痤疮(湿热瘀结证)患者作为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为研究 组与对照组，每组32例。对照组患者接受克拉霉素口服联合夫西地酸乳膏外涂治疗，研究组患者在对照组基础上加用薏苡附 子败酱散合三仁汤加减治疗。观察并比较两组的临床治疗效果、皮损症状情况、生活质量情况。结果：治疗后1个月，研究 组皮损评分明显低于对照组；研究组生活质量评分明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组治疗总有效率（96.88%）明显高于 对照组总有效率（81.25%），差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：薏苡附子败酱散合三仁汤加减治疗中重度痤疮(湿热 瘀结证)的临床效果显著，能够改善患者皮损，提升患者生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the effi cacy of Yiyi Fuzi Baijiang San and Sanren Decoction in the treatment of moderate to severe acne with damp-heat stasis syndrome and its infl uence on quality of life. Methods A total of 64 cases of moderate to severe acne with damp-heat stasis syndrome patients in the author’s hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method, with 32 cases in each group. Control group was treated with clarithromycin orally combined with fusidic acid, and research group was treated with Yiyi Fuzi Baijiang San and Sanren Decoction combined with fusidic acid and clarithromycin.The clinical treatment eff ect,skin lesions and quality of life were observed and compared between the two groups. Results At 1 month after treatment,the skin lesion score of the study group was signifi cantly lower than that of the control group (P ＜0.05).The quality of life score of the study group was signifi cantly better than that of the control group (P ＜0.05).The total eff ective rate of 96.88% in the study group was signifi cantly higher than that of 81.25% in the control group (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Yiyi Fuzi Baijiang San and Sanren Decoction had signifi cant clinical eff ect in treating moderate and severe acne with damp-heat stasis syndrome, which can improve patients’ skin damage and improve patients’ quality of life.
