摘要:
黄褐斑是一种好发于面部日光暴露部位的获得性色素沉着性疾病。其治疗方式多样,各种治疗结局差异很大以及治疗 后的复发率居高不下是黄褐斑目前治疗的最大困难。近年来,有学者逐渐认识到黄褐斑皮损处基底膜带受损可能是其重要发 病机制之一,本文收集了近年来关于黄褐斑皮损处基底膜带受损的相关研究,并列举了有关修复皮肤基底膜带从而达到治疗 黄褐斑的一些方法,为黄褐斑治疗提供新的选择,有望为降低黄褐斑的复发率提供新的参考依据。
Abstract:
Melasma is an acquired pigmentation disease that often occurs in the exposed parts of the face. Management of melasma is highly challenging due to inconsistent treatment results and frequent relapses. Researchers have gradually realized that the damage of basement membrane zone(BMZ) may be an important pathogenesis of melasma. Herein, we collected the evidence of the damage of basement membrane zone in melasma, listed some methods of recovery the basement membrane zone. Our data suggest that ameliorating the basement membrane zone may be of great signifi cance in the treatment of melasma and the prevention of recurrence.
