摘要:
[摘要]浓缩生长因子（Concentrated growth factors,CGF)属新近一代自体血小板浓缩物，富含高浓度生长因子、白细胞、
CD34+细胞、血小板、纤维蛋白及抗炎因子等多种生物活性物质。本文通过对CGF发展历程、制备方法、分类、组分分析及生
物学效应进行归纳，并将现有文献关于CGF、PRP、PRF的对比研究做分析，分述了CGF在口腔医学、创面修复、美容外科等领
域的应用现状及效果，肯定了CGF在促进组织再生修复，美容抗衰中作为理想材料的价值。最后对CGF研究与应用存在的问题
及前景提出了意见与展望。

Abstract:
Abstract: Concentrated growth factors (CGF) belongs to the new generation of autologous platelet concentrates,containing
high concentration growth factor,leukocyte,CD34+positive cells,platelet,fibrin network and anti-inflammatory factor and other
bioactive substances. In this article, we summarize the development course of CGF,preparation methods, classification, component
analysis and biological effect, and analyze the comparative study of CGF,PRP and PRF in existing literature.The application status
and effect of CGF in stomatology, wound repair, cosmetic surgery and other fields were described, and the value of CGF as an ideal
material in promoting tissue regeneration and repair and cosmetology and anti-aging was affirmed. Finally,some suggestions and
prospects are put forward for the existing problems and prospects of CGF research and application.
