摘要:
白癜风是一种色素脱失性疾病,发病机制尚不明确。激光辅助药物输送作为一种新型给药方法和联合疗法,能够有效增 加药物渗透吸收和促进黑素细胞迁移,促进复色,从而成为白癜风的治疗手段之一应用于临床。在激光的选择上,首选剥脱性 点阵激光,辅助输送的外用药物有糖皮质激素、钙调神经磷酸酶抑制剂、5-氟尿嘧啶和维生素D3衍生物等,这一疗法具有良好 的安全性和疗效性,在临床上具有良好的应用前景。本文就激光辅助药物输送治疗白癜风的作用机制和应用进展进行阐述。
Abstract:
Vitiligo is a depigmentation disease, and the pathogenesis is not clear. As a new drug delivery method and combination therapy, laser-assisted drug delivery can eff ectively increase drug penetration and absorption, promote melanocyte migration, and promote repigmentation, thus becoming one of the treatment methods for vitiligo in clinical practice. In the choice of laser, the fi rst choice is ablative fractional laser, and the topical drugs assisted delivery are glucocorticoids, calcineurin inhibitors, 5-fl uorouracil and vitamin D3 derivatives. This therapy has good safety and effi cacy, and has a good application prospect in clinical practice. This article reviews the mechanism and application progress of laser-assisted drug delivery in the treatment of vitiligo.
