摘要:
[摘要]肌成纤维细胞 (myofibroblast,MFB)是增生性瘢痕(hypertrophic scar,HS)形成过程中重要的效应细胞,因此
TGF-β1( transforming growth factor-β1)介导的成纤维细胞(fibroblast,FB)向MFB的转化可成为预防HS的一个重要靶
点。近年来,有很多关于人瘢痕组织内FB向MFB转化的影响因素的研究,旨在通过调控这些影响因素抑制该环节的发生,从
而更有针对性地预防HS形成。本文就人瘢痕组织内FB向MFB转化的影响因素研究进展综述如下。
