[摘要]目的:探讨Q开关Nd:YAG 1 064nm激光联合氨甲环酸治疗黄褐斑临床疗效。方法:选取2015年9月-2018年6月笔者科室治
疗的120例黄褐斑患者,采用随机数字表法分为A组和B组,每组各60例。其中A组采用Q开关Nd:YAG 1 064nm激光联合氨甲环酸
治疗,B组单独使用Q开关Nd:YAG 1 064nm激光进行治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后黄褐斑皮损面积及严重程度评分(mMASI)、
黑素指数(MCI)、临床疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗前,两组患者mMASI评分差异无统计学意义(P >0.05),治疗后1个
月、3个月,A组患者mMASI评分显著低于B组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗前,两组患者面部MCI值差异不具有
统计学意义(P >0.05),治疗后A组面部MCI值显著低于B组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05);A组临床治疗效果显著优
于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);A组不良反应发生率(8.33%)与B组(3.33%)比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>
0.05)。结论:Q开关Nd:YAG 1 064nm激光联合氨甲环酸治疗黄褐斑疗效显著,优于单用Q开关Nd:YAG 1 064nm激光治疗。
Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of Q-switched Nd:YAG 1 064nm laser combined with tranexamic acid in the
treatment of patients with chloasma. Methods From September 2016 to June 2017, 120 patients with chloasma were randomly
divided into two groups: group A (n =60) and group B (n =60). Group A was treated with Q-switched Nd:YAG 1 064nm laser
combined with tranexamic acid, and group B was treated with Q-switched Nd:YAG 1 064nm laser alone. Comparison of
chloasma area and severity scores(mMASI), melanin index (MCI), clinical efficacy and side effects of chloasma area and
severity score before and after treatment between the two groups. Results Before treatment, the difference of mMASI scores
between the two groups was not statistically significant (P >0.05), the mMASI scores of group A patients were significantly
lower than those of group B at 1 month and 3 months after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05);
before treatment, the difference of facial MCI between the two groups was not statistically significant(P >0.05), after treatment,
the MCI score in group A was significantly lower than that in group B (P <0.05). The clinical treatment effect of group A was
better than that of group B (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reaction in group A (8.33%) and group B (3.33%) was not
statistically significant (P >0.05). Conclusion The effect of Q-switched Nd:YAG 1 064nm laser combined with tranexamic
acid was better than that with Q-switched Nd:YAG 1064nm laser alone.
