摘要:
目的：探讨健康教育对面部自体脂肪填充就医者术后并发症和满意度的影响。方法：将纳入研究的100例行面部自 体脂肪填充就医者随机分为对照组（50例）和观察组（50例），对照组给予常规护理干预，观察组在对照组基础上给予健 康教育。比较两组健康知识知晓情况、依从性、焦虑状况、并发症和护理满意度。结果：观察组就医者对健康知识的知晓 率、依从性良好就医者占比和护理满意度均明显高于对照组，而就医者术后1周与出院后3个月焦虑自评量表（Self-rating anxiety scale，SAS）评分和并发症总发生率均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：健康教育可有效 降低面部自体脂肪填充就医者焦虑状况和并发症发生率，提高健康知识知晓率、依从性和满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of health education on postoperative complications and satisfaction of patients with facial autologous fat fi lling. Methods The 100 patients with facial autologous fat filling were randomly divided into the control group (50 cases) and the observation group (50 cases). The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given health education on the basis of the reference group. The awareness of health knowledge, compliance, anxiety, complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The awareness rate of health knowledge, the proportion of patients with good compliance and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05). The SAS scores one week after operation and 3 months after discharge and the total incidence of complications of the patients were significantly lower than those of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Health education can effectively reduce the anxiety and complication rate of patients with facial autologous fat filling, and improve the awareness rate of health knowledge, compliance and satisfaction
