摘要:
基于中医传承辅助系统软件，采用关联规则算法、复杂系统熵聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法，对闫小宁教授治疗黄褐斑 的108首中药处方进行组方特点和用药规律分析。结果得出处方中涉及药物共143味，使用频次在30次以上的药物有15味， 其中频次较高依次是珍珠母、玫瑰花、茯苓、白芍、炒白术、当归、柴胡、僵蚕等，以性温、味甘、入肝经药物使用频次最 高，获得置信度＞0.95的药物组合18个，提取核心药物组合10个，挖掘潜在治疗新方10首。归纳总结出闫小宁教授治疗黄褐 斑以疏肝、健脾、补肾、化瘀为主的规律特点。
Abstract:
Based on the software of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) inheritance assistant system, this paper analyzes the characteristics of 108 prescriptions of TCM for chloasma by using association rule algorithm and entropy clustering of complex system. Results a total of 143 drugs were involved in the prescription, of which 15 were used more than 30 times, among which the higher frequency were mother-of-pearl, rose flower, tuckahoe, white peony, fried atractylodes macrocephala, Angelica, Bupleurum and bombyx batryticatus, 18 drug combinations with confi dence ＞0.95 were obtained, 10 core drug combinations were extracted, and 10 new potential therapies were explored. Summarized Professor Yan xiaoning treatment of Chloasma by soothing liver, spleen, kidney, blood stasis-based law characteristics.
