摘要:
目的:探讨重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合强脉冲光对糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者皮肤屏障功能的影响。方法: 选取2018年6月-2020年7月笔者医院收治的115例糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=57)和研究 组(n=58),对照组给予强脉冲光治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗,比较两组临床 疗效、症状体征消失时间、皮损情况、皮肤屏障功能以及不良反应。结果:研究组治疗有效率94.83%显著高于对照组的 82.46%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组自觉症状消失时间、客观体征消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后 研究组红斑、脱屑、丘疹、脓疱、色素沉着、皮肤萎缩、毛细血管扩张积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组表皮 水分丢失量、皮肤含水量、油脂等皮肤屏障指标改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率5.17%明显低于对 照组的(17.54%,P<0.05)。结论:给予糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子联合强脉冲光治疗效 果显著,可有效改善患者临床症状及皮肤屏障功能,并减轻不良反应,值得推广。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effects of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor combined with intense pulse light on skin barrier function in patients with glucocorticoid-dependent dermatitis. Methods A total of 115 patients with glucocorticoid-dependent dermatitis admitted to the hospital between June 2018 and July 2020 were enrolled and divided into control group (n=57) and study group (n=58) according to random number table method. The control group was treated with intense pulse light, while study group was treated with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor on basis of control group. The clinical curative effect, disappearance time of symptoms and signs, skin lesions, skin barrier function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The response rate of treatment in study group was significantly higher than that in control group (94.83% vs 82.46%, P<0.05), disappearance time of subjective symptoms and objective signs was shorter than that in control group (P<0.05). After treatment, scores of erythema, desquamation, papules, pustules, pigmentation, skin atrophy and telangiectasia in study group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05), improvement of skin barrier indexes [epidermal water loss, water and oil contents of skin) was better than that in control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in study group was significantly lower than that in control group (5.17% vs 17.54%, P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor combined with intense pulse light is significant on patients with glucocorticoid-dependent dermatitis, which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and skin barrier function, and reduce adverse reactions.
