摘要:
寻常痤疮是一种好发于颜面、胸背部的损容性疾病，传统医学认为其与肺脾肝失调及风湿热毒、瘀血痰浊阻于体内相 关。刺络拔罐作为痤疮中医外治的典型方法之一，已在临床广泛应用，疗效可靠。刺络拔罐治疗寻常痤疮能明显改善皮损状 态，但存在操作方法不统一、实验设计不严谨、缺乏远期疗效观察等问题。故本文通过回顾近7年的相关文献，从单纯刺络 拔罐、刺络拔罐结合中药、针刺、火针、其他外治法、综合疗法六个方面进行总结，以期为临床治疗提供参考。
Abstract:
Acne is a kind of skin lesions on the face, chest and back.Traditional Chinese medicine says that acne is related to the pathological factors such as imbalance of lung,spleen and liver,exogenous wind-cold dampness hot toxin evil,phlegm turbid obstruction of body.Nowadays,Chinese medicine for acne has been widely known and loved by patients.Blood-letting puncture and cupping therapy is one of the typical methods of external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,which is widely used in clinical and has reliable effi cacy.The treatment of acne with Blood-letting puncture and cupping therapy can signifi cantly improve the state of the lesions,but there are problems such as divided operational approaches,lack of strictness and lack of long-term efficacy observation.Therefore,this paper reviews the past seven years articals in the field of bloodletting puncturing and cupping treatment on acne,and carries out the research from six aspects:simple Blood-letting puncture and cupping therapy,Blood-letting puncture and cupping therapy combined with Chinese medicine,acupuncture therapy,Fireneedle therapy,other external treatments and composite treatment.In order to provide reference for clinical research and provide contrast for further study.
